Dancers This class is designed for beginners and/or those who have had
minimal training and are just getting into the sport. Students will be introduced to dance movements and combinations, using
ballet and jazz as the basis for these fundamentals. Focus will be placed on enhancing dance skills, strength and flexibility
through fun, creative individual and group exercises with emphasis on posture and technique. Blue Dancers Students will be expanding their current knowledge for dance movement through the use of ballet and jazz technique.
There will be a continued emphasis on posture, coordination, rhythm, flexibility and strength, as well as performance etiquette.
Students will also be learning self-evaluation for personal and performance growth, and will prepare themselves for a performance
environment. Hip Hop Past experience is great, but even beginners
will have a blast in this fast-paced, high-energy dance class which introduces basic hip-hop, the latest trends and exciting
break-dancing moves. All music will be free of questionable lyrics. Cheernastics This
perfect mix of cheerleading skills combined with tumbling skills will improve your chances of making the squad! Cheerleading
skills include motions, jumps, voice techniques and tips to improve scores from judges. Tumbling skills and drills will
revolve around correct body positions, fundamentals of tumbling and many
repetitions. Instruction will follow proper progressions and push each student to the next level. Monday:

is a fitness class for school-aged children (4+). We will focus on gymnastics and general fitness. Children learn how to stay fit, strong and healthy
while they laugh, play and learn! Cost: $55 per month
