Mixed Martial Arts is the
combination of several types of martial arts (such as Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, & boxing) into one sport.
You must be age 5+ to participate in Mixed Martial Arts. Students will learn discipline, conditioning & self-defense
to turn them into a well-rounded fighter.

Parkour is a way of conditioning
the body and mind to overcome obstacles safely and efficiently.
This class focuses on gaining strength and finding creative ways to adapt
movement to one's environment!
