Acro-Class
Sometimes kids just want to run up a wall, jump from something high or flip around. If
a class with less formal gymnastics and tumbling instruction and more fun
is what your looking for this class is perfect! Students will have
the opportunity to safely learn how to tumble, flip, or be creative with their body movements. Tumble Gym instructors
know that safety is the first priority, and this class is no exception.
Flex & Stretch
This class
is designed to gain strength and flexibility in your legs, shoulders, and core. Great for any age cheerleader, gymnast, figure
skater, martial arts student,
or anyone who wants
to increase their strength and flexibility.
