ONE MONTH CANCELLATION
NOTICE
We understand
that there may be a time that you must withdraw your child from The Tumble Gym. To formally withdraw, you must fill out our
Member cancellation form and submit it only at the front desk. Please know that you will be billed for one month's tuition
after we receive the cancellation form at the front desk. By informing us that your child will be discontinuing their class,
it enables a child from our waiting list to get into our program.
Cancellation Example
If you wished to stop class for November, The Tumble Gym needs a completed cancelation form
finalized by the front desk between October 1-5th. You will be charged for the current month, October, and will be able to
attend October classes as scheduled. Your cancellation will be in effect as of the 1st of November.
REFUNDS
Registration fees, tuition, birthday party deposit, and summer fees are non-refundable.
If the Owners or Office Manager feels there are unique circumstances, we will discuss with you the best way to resolve the
situation.
MAKE-UP
CLASSES
Just as with universities or private schools, your tuition pays for an education regardless of attendance.
However, when it can safely and feasibly do so, The Tumble Gym desires to offer two (2) make up class of equal age or skill
level to your child during the same calendar month provided that your account is in good standing. All other make-ups will
be completed through our open gym program. We ask that you view make-ups as a privilege and keep in mind that The Tumble Gym
retains the right to refuse a make-up if doing so will over fill a class or jeopardize the safety or positive experience of
others.
CLASS GUIDELINES
Children participating in The Tumble Gym’s
classes must follow the following guidelines:
Comfortable appropriate clothing Leotard preferred
Bare feet in the gym
No chewing gum
Long hair must be tied
back
No
jewelry can be worn for safety reasons
Parents must remain in the lobby area.We have no problem with you remaining with
your preschooler until they are comfortable with you not being with them.
