Birthday parties at The Tumble Gym are an hour and a half long. The first hour is spent on
the gymnastics floor with a staff member who will keep your guests active and engaged with fun songs, games and activities.
Our goal is to make the birthday child the King or Queen for the hour. Only your invited guests will be allowed into the facility
(no general public).
For the remaining 30 minutes, your guests will enjoy refreshments you have provided (we have little
to no restrictions on refreshments). If you would like to coordinate with a Southern Village restaurant/business to provide
the refreshments, we would love to help. Just let us know!
When
you arrive, a staff member will assist you in setting up the party room to suit your unique party needs. The Tumble Gym will
provide the table(s), chairs, space and entertainment. As the party is wrapping up, a staff member will assist you in cleaning.
Birthday parties are $200 for up to 15 guests (not including the birthday
child or parents), and $5 for each additional guest. Birthday parties must be reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit
due at booking. Time slots will be given on a first-come first-serve basis.
Included in the cost of the party is a Tumble Gym T-shirt for the birthday child and a set of customized Tumble
Gym invitations. Also, each invitation doubles as a free trial class coupon. This is a great way for you to say, “Thank
you for coming to my birthday party!”
